Careless Driving: Negligent Driving

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington


I was pulled over by an Officer in Benton for "reckless driving" 2nd degree...

    I think we can discus a whole day about this subject and don't find a solution to avoid such problems...
    I was accused once of careless driving Toronto because I wanted to set up my gps and also driving...
    It was the most stupid ticket I ever got because I don't think I was guilty of multitasking in my car....
